The Baby & Cake Smash Experience

Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, updating your baby’s portraits, or planning an unforgettable first-birthday cake smash, each session is customized around your little one and your family.

Every session includes a set number of high-resolution digital images of your choice, with the option to purchase additional favorites after viewing your gallery. Our studio offers a beautiful collection of backdrops, outfits, accessories, themed props, and custom cake smash sets, depending on the session you choose.

All selected images are professionally retouched and delivered in a private online gallery within five days. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or beautiful albums, wall art, and keepsakes—but only if you truly love them!

Simply Session – $750

Simple, sweet, and focused entirely on your baby.

The Simply Session is perfect for baby milestone portraits or a simple birthday portrait experience. It includes two backdrops and ten finished images, with the session focused on your baby alone.

If you’d like to include cake portraits, a cake is provided for a simple smash using one of your selected baby backdrops. The Simply Session does not include custom cake smash sets or balloon garlands.

Signature Session – $1500

Our complete baby portrait experience with the most variety, flexibility, and time.

The Signature Session includes up to four backdrops or setups of your choice and 20 fully retouched digital images.

Customize your session with baby portraits, sibling and family photos, a custom cake smash set, balloon garland, splash portraits, or a combination of these.

For a milestone baby session, your four setups might include:

  • Family portraits on a classic solid backdrop
  • Baby portraits on a themed backdrop
  • A fine-art baby portrait setup
  • Milk bath with fresh florals or fruit

For a first-birthday session, a typical experience might include:

  • Family portraits or baby-only portraits on a simple backdrop
  • Classic baby portraits on a cute or fine-art backdrop
  • A custom cake smash on your chosen set
  • Splash portraits to finish the celebration

Signature Sessions give us plenty of time for your baby to warm up, explore, take breaks, have a snack, and reset whenever needed. We photograph only one Signature Session per day and schedule around your baby’s nap whenever possible, so the experience never feels rushed.

  • Baby only or including sibling, and/or family portraits
  • Access to studio outfits and accessories
  • Custom cake matching your set
  • Balloon garland included if part of set
  • Splash portraits in tiny tub or enamel basin with milk bath or bubbles
  • A relaxed session scheduled around your baby

Artwork, Keepsakes & Additional Images

Your session includes high-resolution digital images, and I know how much families love having those files to share and keep. I also offer beautiful printed artwork and keepsakes for anyone who would like to enjoy their images beyond the screen. I have product samples in the studio so you can see and handle them before deciding. Printed products are completely optional, and there’s no pressure to order.

Keepsake Collection — $850
An 8×8 leather or photo album and your choice of keepsake.

Heirloom Collection — $1,250
A 10×10 leather or photo album, 16×24 canvas or acrylic wall art, and your choice of keepsake.

À la carte products:

  • 10×10 album — $700
  • 16×24 acrylic wall art — $500
  • Keepsake item — $300 each

After choosing the images included with your session, you can add more digital images:

  • One additional image — $100
  • 10 additional images – $750
  • 20 additional images — $1,000
