The Maternity Experience



Pregnancy is such a fleeting season — full of anticipation, change, excitement, and the quiet moments before everything shifts. It’s a time that can feel long while you’re in it, but somehow passes by so quickly once your baby is finally in your arms.

Maternity sessions are best captured between 28–34 weeks, when your belly is beautifully round but you’re still feeling comfortable enough to move and pose with ease. During this time, we’re able to create a variety of soft, elegant, and artistic portraits while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

That said, every pregnancy is different, and I regularly photograph moms both earlier and later depending on comfort level, multiples, or personal preference — so if you’re outside that window, don’t hesitate to reach out.

At your session, there’s no pressure or rush — just a calm, fully guided experience where you can slow down, feel beautiful, and celebrate this chapter before your little one arrives. Whether you’re envisioning something timeless and simple or dramatic and editorial, we’ll create images that preserve this season in a way that feels authentic to you.

Every session includes a set number of high-resolution digital images of your choice, with the option to purchase additional favorites after viewing your gallery. From the set design to the cake and styling, everything is taken care of for you — so you can simply show up and enjoy the experience.

Each session is thoughtfully styled to match your vision, whether you love something simple and timeless or fun and playful. Sessions are baby-led and relaxed, allowing your little one to explore, react, and have fun at their own pace.

Your Images

All selected images are professionally retouched and ready for download within 5 days. You’ll handpick your favorites, ensuring your final collection includes only the images you truly love. You’ll also have the option to expand your gallery or choose from heirloom albums, wall art, and keepsakes — designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

There’s something so special about documenting both the anticipation of pregnancy and those first tiny days once your baby arrives — the waiting, the excitement, and then finally holding them in your arms. That’s exactly why I created the Belly to Baby Membership at Tiny Dreamers Studio.

This experience is designed to beautifully capture both milestones with two full signature sessions:

A fully styled, luxury portrait experience celebrating this incredible season of motherhood. Whether you love soft and timeless or bold and editorial, we’ll create a session that feels like you. Sessions can take place in studio, outdoors, or a combination of both and include family and partner portraits as well.

✨ Newborn Session
Those sleepy newborn snuggles, tiny details, and first family moments deserve to be preserved beautifully. Your newborn session is completely baby-led with no strict time limits, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and creating a relaxed experience for everyone. Family and sibling portraits are always included.

The best part? I handle all the details — gowns, wraps, props, styling, custom setups, and guidance every step of the way. You simply show up and enjoy the experience while I create artwork your family will treasure forever. 🤍

Belly to Baby is $400 to book both photo shoots with $699 due at each session. Each photo shoot includes your favorite 10 images with the option to purchase additional images and keepsakes like albums and wall art upon viewing your session images.

I typically recommend having maternity photos done prior to 36 weeks along (typically around 32-34). This way you are nicely round and showing well but are still comfortable enough to move around, get on the floor, change clothes and stand for the session. I recommend booking your session once you enter the second trimester.

Yes! I include complimentary hair and makeup with my signature maternity sessions so you can have a day of pampering. You will arrive at the studio where my artist will be set up, she will do your makeup with lashes – it’s your choice whether you would like a natural or glam look or somethign in between!

Because my schedule is often very full, I ask that gown try-ons be scheduled in advance—but you are absolutely welcome to come by the studio to try on dresses before your session!

If you have any specific fit concerns or are looking for something particular, please reach out and we can always discuss ordering a custom piece for your session. I want you to feel amazing in what you wear.

Yes! Although sessions are mostly mom we will definitely include your partner and children in some session packages.

All my dresses are stretch jersey and I order in L/XL for most so they will fit larger mommies but I can clamp them for smaller moms.
